My name is Charlie Henry (Carlos); I am a diligent and thorough UI/UX, photographer and Design professional. Throughout my career I have created visually appealing interfaces, animations, web designs and user experiences, balancing aesthetics with functionality. As a leader I believe in creating cultures of continuous improvement and accountability, utilising my exemplary communication skills to galvanize a team and achieve objectives. Seeking a fresh challenge to continue my professional development.
