ALLEGRINI AMORONE
The Allegrini family is an impassioned producer and 'interpreter' of this iconic Valpolicella wine. This wine, heir to an important, ancient tradition, differs from Recioto in that almost all the sugars are transformed into alcohol and thus fermentation is complete.
